Yoga Classes and Meditation
What To Expect
Each class includes a warmup, yoga exercises, relaxation with gong bath, and meditation. Wear comfortable clothes and refrain from eating at least 1.5 hours before class. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. Every class is different and stand-alone and lasts for approximately 1.5 hours.
Group Classes
$15-$20 per person
Group classes are held most Wednesdays at 6pm (EST). If you plan to join class for the first time, please email with info about which class you will attend. Schedule is subject to change. For most up-to-date schedule please see the Event Calendar.
Private Classes
$85 per person (discount for multiple sessions is available)

How to Sign Up
For in person group classes new students can sign up by email: gshouseofyoga@gmail.com. There is a fee of $20 per person (PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo or check). Max class size is 5.
Online group classes via Zoom platform $15 (PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo or check). Please send email to request link for zoom class.
Gong Sound Healing Sessions
$70-$120 per person

I offer small group and private Gong Sound and Yoga Nidra sessions. Gong Yoga Nidra combines the therapeutic vibrations of gongs with guided meditation to deeply relax the body and mind, positively influencing brainwave states for restorative healing.
What To Expect
We begin with gentle yoga stretches and movements, followed by a calming breathing meditation and a brief Yoga Nidra session (guided visualization and relaxation). If this is your first time, I’ll introduce you to the unique sounds of various gongs, ensuring a comfortable and immersive experience.
Immerse yourself in the enveloping resonance of seven gongs, guiding you into a deep meditative state within minutes. The gongs’ powerful vibrations penetrate, cleanse, invigorate, and rejuvenate, fostering a profound connection to your soul and highest self. Allow the gongs to sing for you, creating an unforgettable, transformative experience. Emerge feeling relaxed, stress-free, and vibrant, infused with the prana (life force) transmitted through their sacred sound.
After the session, you’ll have time to gently return to the present moment, fully awakening with a sense of calm and clarity.
